Hi, I’m Sophia! I’m a psychology student at NOVA Community College with plans to transfer to Virginia Commonwealth University in two years to continue my education. I’ve been working with kids since I was 10, assisting in classrooms and Ballet and Jazz dance classes. Dance has been a huge part of my life since I started at age three—it’s something I’ve always loved and been passionate about. Over the years, I’ve trained in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Zumba, and Latin dance styles, which have taught me discipline, creativity, and joy. I love sharing my passion for movement with kids and helping them build confidence while having fun. I’m excited to bring my energy, experience, and love for dance to Kids in Motion and inspire kids to stay active and express themselves!
